Summer/Fall 2024
$200 per night (No minimum night stay)

In Season (starts mid-December)
$240 per night 2 night minimum (unless we have a single night opening)

Holiday Weeks Christmas, New Years, President's Week)
$280 per night (** 5 night minimum)

Additional Fees/Taxes

$250 Cleaning Fee
7% Tourism Tax
$300 refundable security deposit

• 50% deposit required for reservations made more than 60 days in advance
• Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
• No discount for holiday weeks
• 100% refund for cancellations 60 days or more, less than 60 days are dependent on ability to re-rent
